PERANCANGAN APLIKASI EVENT REGISTRATION BERBASIS WEB DI PT JASAMARGA (PERSERO) TBK

Abstrak

Today's technological developments allow humans to create technologies that can make their work easier, including information technology. Information technology can help speed up the number of information to a person. The development of this event registration information system aims to make it easier for employees to find information about the event that will take place and facilitate the absenteeism process at the event. This information system development method uses the scrum method. This method prioritizes the client as a source who understands about the system to be created, from the client will be obtained user story. The stages of this method include: product backlog, sprint planning, sprint, sprint review. In addition, this information system is designed with the concept of UML (Unified Modelling Language) and tested using black box testing. The event registration information system that is made has features to process event data, display information related to an event such as place, time, and who carried it out, create an event, register participants at an event, absent using qr code, and reports related to event participants who have been absent using qr code. It is expected that this system can make it easier for employees to obtain information on an event and facilitate the absence process at the time of the event.
