PENGARUH METODE DARING TERHADAP CAPAIAN KOMPETENSI HASIL PEMBELAJARAN MANDIRI MAHASISWA

Abstrak

The success of student learning by using online methods focuses on enriching the Koqnife domain. 2 years (4 semesters) students carry out learning activities at home due to the wfh policy. Independent learning, for students, becomes a boring challenge. Student boredom is reflected in the number of complaints submitted when done face-to-face through zoom media. The online method applied for the Applied Hydraulics course is self-study with lecture material presented by the lecturer, and must be downloaded via Google ClassRoom on a forlder on GDrive. Students' active warfare to obtain material requires special skills, and after obtaining lecture material, they must be studied independently. The communication medium used to interact between students and lecturers is Zoom Meet and also WAG. Mastery of Psychomotric and Appective competencies is needed by students so that students in addition to mastering the knowledge of applied hydraulics, are also able to apply it to real work orientation. The habit that is formed because of this independent activity is formed by providing examples of cases that students must complete independently and become independent tasks, and the rules of the game must be fulfilled. Giving assignments and measuring achievement through UTS and UAS, further enhances student competence in independent learning. Laziness and non-fulfillment of online learning facilities are the main factors in the obstacles to the online learning process. This problem is observed or researched to find out what domains are affected by the online learning process. The online learning process is carried out by direct observation (observation) of students who take the Applied Hydraulics course when interacting with resource persons. an instrument is designed that is able to accommodate the independent variable and the dependent variable, so that feedback on the impact of the learning process to measure the percentage level of improvement in the independent learning process will be collected. The simplicity of this research method is what makes it unique, compared to previous studies. Metacognitive skills are mandatory for students who want to be successful in independent learning.
