ANALISIS ANGGARAN BIAYA KLINIK RONTGEN MENGGUNAKAN METODE GOAL PROGRAMMING

An X-Ray Clinic is one of services offered by certain hospitals. Its function is not attributable to hospital credibility. Regardless of its insignificant role, it should take necessary changes of the human-resource aspect and financial aspect. This research aims to find out and analyze the extent to which the management of an X-Ray clininc can achieve its goals using the set policies. The data of this research is secondary data taken from an X-Ray Clinic. Besides, this research analyzes the secondary data using the Goal Programming Method of simplex-method completion worked on Excel Solver application. The findings show the set goals, new salaries/hours, required total working hours per year, total working hours of Laboratory division and Maintenance division, reimbursement for equipment and medication, average expenses per patients are achieveable according to the criteria set by the management of an X-Ray Clinic
