PERENCANAAN DINDING PENAHAN TANAH UNTUK PERBAIKAN LONGSOR DI RUAS JALAN

The road that connects village A and village B is the main road for residents of village A, village B, and village C. In addition, this road is in the form of hills, most of which have not been reinforced so that landslides occur which are very dangerous for road users. The avalanche has a diameter of 564 cm and a cliff depth of 500 cm. To prevent further damage and minimize existing hazards, retaining walls are required. The first is to look for soil data which includes volume weight and internal friction angle. After the soil data is collected, calculations are carried out to plan the design and dimensions of the retaining wall. Based on the analysis and calculations, the planned retaining wall is the Cantilever type with a height of 550 cm, a bottom width of 385 cm, an upper width of 55 cm, a heel width of 130 cm, a foot width of 100 cm, with a retaining wall that enters the ground as high as 50 cm. . Retaining walls with these types and dimensions have been declared safe against overturning and shear hazards based on the calculations that have been made.
